Lawn Stars LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Lawn Stars LLC website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our services and the choices you have associated with that data.

Acceptance Of Proposal

By accepting our proposal, you agree to the quoted prices, specifications, and conditions. If an account becomes delinquent, you agree to pay all attorney and collection fees related to the collection of the amount owed with interest. If dissatisfied with the work, notify Lawn Stars LLC within 3 days of service completion. Failure to do so will appear as a waiver of any claims.

All payment options require a credit card saved within our secure client portal for easy billing (excluding prepayments).

Auto Renewal Agreement (only for annual programs)

This agreement will auto-renew every 12 months but can be canceled at any time by either party. Lawn Stars LLC has a standard annual 5% price increase due to the ever-increasing cost and annual inflation of items.

Cancellation Policy (only for annual programs)

No cancellation fees are applied. You can cancel at any time by contacting our office to pay for any services already rendered. Refunds, if owed, will be issued via paper check or credit card per the repayment terms.

Early Cancellation Repayment Terms

When Lawn Stars owes the customer:

Under $2,500: amount due NET 90 days
Over $2,500: amount due NET 120 days

When the customer owes Lawn Stars:

Under $2,500: amount due immediately upon cancellation
Over $2,500: amount due NET 30 days

Lawn Mowing Service Disclaimers

Clients can request to skip the weekly cut, but it voids quality guarantees for the next cut.
Lawn Star program mowing is based on professional judgment, typically 22-28 times per season.
No bagging of grass clippings; removal available at an additional charge.
Not responsible for turf damage due to wet conditions; the right to double charge for overgrown properties.

Cleanup/Landscaping Service Disclaimers

Tree trimming not included in cleanup services.
Mulching based on professional judgment; additional mulch charged separately.
Snow removal policies include a 2-inch trigger, no salt included, and cancellation fees.

Plant Warranty Info

No warranty on sod, plants, or trees installed. Contact us for assistance with struggling plants.

Scope of Work Disclaimer

Extra work outside the original scope billed at $150 per hour (two-hour minimum).

Release of Liability Disclosure

Customers are responsible for clearing service areas of debris. Lawn Stars not liable for unmarked objects, wires, pipes, or turf damage caused by proximity to structures.
